Platform workshop is design for accordance with the basic organic synthesis process, which has a complete set of standardized pilot and production equipment, and has strong adaptability and controllability, so it can be applied for more complex compound synthesis operation. The specific device functions and applications described as follows:

First, Major equipment and functions:

1, the pressure device

They can meet high-order, low temperature, corrosion and other process requirements, the material can be separated, drying and other post-processing operations.

2, high-pressure device

They can meet the following reaction and after-treatment under 5MPa.

3, ancillary facilities

◆ Vacuum unit: providing a vacuum

◆ Refrigeration units: -30 ℃ saline

◆ Water Unit: Provides ultra-pure water

◆ Hot oil system: 220 ℃ high temperature.

◆ Wastewater collection system: collect waste liquid in the process of reaction and emission after processing standards.

4, glassware:

50 liters, 20 liters, 10 liters glass autoclave-based, can be enlarged transitional experiment; can also provide samples for users.

Second, workshop equipment layout and application

1, The workshop is divided into three layers，the reaction kettle is decorated in the second and third layer. According to the reasonable setting a difference size and function, it will be extremely convenient for the use between various devices, three layers-three reactor, it divided into high pressure (5mPa), medium pressure, and atmospheric pressure. The atmospheric pressure is enamel kettle, three reactors are 300L; Platform on the second floor to decorate a 500L stainless steel electric heating reaction kettle, the reactor can be achieved within 180 ℃ temperature. Another 500 L and 1000 L two enamel reaction kettle, they can be extracted and washing operation.

The workshop whole device can be acid, alkali; and can be realized high temperature& low temperature, to meet the needs of different inventory by the gradient operation.

2, The overall effect is that the workshop can be flexibly adjusted to the different characteristics of various types of organic production techniques and processes, there are the distillation recycling equipment for bulk materials, especially they have a unique feature in the production of solid compounds, they can be washed, extraction, crystallization, centrifugation, drying, crushing and other operations.
